Transgender:
Let’s talk about those about whom people refrain from talking and these people are human and called as transgender.
So do you know a transgender person is often shortened or called as trans and is someone whose gender identity differs from that typically associated with the sex they were given at birth and they choose to change it due to health complications when they get to puberty age. Some transgender people who desire medical assistance to transition from one sex to another (from male to female or female to male) identify as transgender so people assign them different sex and are also known as transsexuals.
Intersex (Khusra):
These are individuals born with genetic organ deformities who deserve rights in our society. With medical intervention/examination, every intersex child fits into the male or female category.

Khawajasirrahs:
Initially, Khawajasirrahs were supposedly intersex, but during the Mughal era, castrated men were also included in this category. The Khawajasirrah army was usually assigned to protect the harems because, as castrated men, they were deemed safe around women. Today, the Khawajasirrah community is typically at the mercy of the guru mafia. There are almost no Khawajasirrahs who are intersex; most of them are fully functional men, either voluntarily castrated or forcibly castrated. The term ‘Khawajasirrah’ is being misused by transgenders.
Transgender Rights :
