Hormonal health for women

So let’s start this article with interesting questions and I think most girls can answer it.
Have you ever cried because your tea got cold and snapped on someone for breathing too loudly?
The craziness to eat a full chocolate cake and then realizing you are unable to eat a single slice.
So it is not always you and sometimes your hormones which are running the show.
Hormones are like the tiny managers of the body. They decide when you sleep, how you feel energetic, how your skin looks, when you feel hungry and how you react to stress. Somedays it feels like they are working to inform our body and the other day they work like a secret agent and we realize after the incident through symptoms.
Hormones health in women Changes in our lives:

As a woman we experience changes in our body throughout our life from puberty to menstrual cycle to pregnancy, motherhood and menopause. These changes are completely natural and don’t need you to be worried as you are auditioning to a movie which you haven’t signed.
Balancing:
The good news is that we can work together with the hormones rather than fighting with them. We should give our body the fuel which it requires.

We should eat colorful vegetables, fruits filled with vitamins, minerals and energy. We always skip our meals because we are independent working ladies and our work is more important for us than our body. So the independence comes by taking care of the body in which you should not miss any meal because for hormones it’s frustrating. We think our body is like a cactus but we do not drink plenty of water to hydrate it.
Sleep :

Sleep is another big factor which causes disturbance in the body. It is like a superhero. We usually scroll till midnight and it seems fun but not always because in the morning hormones knock by bringing tiredness, mood swings and breakouts. So sleep early to wake early freshly.
Exercise:

Exercise also plays an important role but we treat it like our jealous relatives which we don’t want to see. Sometimes we want to become a gym champion overnight. Therefore make balance in your routine like:
- Going for a daily walk
- Dance in the room
- Little yoga
- Stretching can be beneficial
Stress:
Stress is one of the troublemakers for hormones. So don’t burden yourself with stress and instead laugh often, spend time with friends and people you have, pray or meditate, and enjoy your hobbies and it’s okay everyone has their own problems. This is life and it has difficulties and if we become tense over it then it’s a long journey we can’t survive in it. Therefore enjoy life and face issues confidently.

Irregular periods:
Dear ladies, please don’t ignore your body if your periods are irregular and your moods are severe or you notice unusual symptoms. Our body screams when it doesn’t feel okay therefore listen to it and go for a professional check up.
Understanding:
So at the end of the day, hormonal health isn’t about being perfect, it’s about understanding your body, treating it kindly and remembering that every phase of womanhood is unique and beautiful.
Advice:

So the next time hormones decide to throw a party, smile, take a deep breath, grab a healthy snack and remind yourself that we have got this.
Because you and your hormones are on the same team even if they occasionally act like mischievous roommates.
