We think that bathing daily is not just about looking good and clean outside, but actually it is about feeling good and staying healthy.

As we all know that daily bathing helps remove dirt, sweat, and germs from our skin and if we skip it our skin becomes oily and smelly, which can lead to infection and rashes. Moreover, bathing also helps to refresh our mind and body. The amazing cool shower in the morning wakes us up, while a warm bath in the evening can relax our muscles and relieve stress.

As we know bathing is also important for social reasons. Do you like a person who bathes less and when he comes near to you, you start avoiding, it’s obvious, no one likes body odor! Cleanliness gives us confidence in school, work, or while meeting with friends. It shows respect for ourselves and others.

Tips for Effective bathing:

Family in a bathroom. Beautiful mother with little son. Little boy brush his teeth.

These are my personal tips as when I go for a bath then I look for water, soap and the cleanliness of the area.

  • Use lukewarm water: I look for water whether it is hot or cool because extremely hot water can dry out the skin.
  • Use mild soap: I use a gentle soap recommended by doctors and choosing gentle soap protects skin moisture.
  • Don’t over scrub: I have bad experience of it as scrubbing too hard can damage the skin barrier.
  • Moisturize afterwards: You should take care of your body skin like you take care of your face so apply lotion to prevent dryness.
  • Bath daily at least a day: I usually bathe in after two days. Do you check for your days as sometimes it depends on your working time, if you work more then it is required to wash properly according to it but more frequent bathing may be needed after heavy sweating and exercise.
