Hey you! Yes you who don’t stop scrolling , sleeping often feels a luxury. Sleep isn’t the waste of time, it’s the fuel that your body and mind crave. When you don’t sleep well you don’t just rest, you recharge, repair and rise stronger and fresh the next day.
Body’s Night Shift:
When you sleep after a hard day on a cozy bed, your body also does rest. Sleep helps in repairing tissue, balance hormones and build a stronger immune system. If you’re skipping sleep then the body also skips the nightly repair appointment.
It can lead to weight gain, tired skin and even heart problems.

Rest for the mind, Peace for the soul:
Do you yawn in class or office? A sleepless night doesn’t make you yawn, it also messes with your mood, memory, and focus. Often smaller issues and things seem very big because of lack of sleep. Sleeplessness triggers anxiety and depression. Quality sleep is like a therapy for our brain, calming, clearing and refreshing.
Tips To Sleep Like a Baby:

Insomnia (When Sleep Refuses to Come)
It is one of the common sleep problems. In it people usually find it hard or difficult to fall asleep or stay asleep even when tiredness overloads. Stress , caffeine , anxiety and irregular sleep can trigger it. People with insomnia feel exhausted but can’t get enough rest.
Narcolepsy (Sudden Sleep Attack)
It is a condition in which people fall asleep during the day even in the middle of the day while working. It also happens due to irregular sleeping habits. So if you don’t want to fall asleep while driving or walking on the high floor, maintain a good sleeping habit because it could be dangerous if it happens to someone.
Poor Sleep Hygiene : Modern life’s Biggest Culprit:
Scrolling late at night , drinking coffee before bed or having no fixed sleeping routine can ruin sleep quality. Poor sleep hygiene can lead to restlessness, anxiety and fatigue and the good news is that if you sleep in time from today and maintain a proper timing for sleep daily then you are not at the risk of these.
